Information We Collect
We may collect contact details, property preferences, budgets, project requirements, documents, communications, invoices, limited transaction information and technical website information. Complete card numbers are processed by independent payment providers and are not directly stored by us.
How We Use Information
We use information to answer inquiries, verify authority, prepare proposals, deliver services, coordinate professionals and vendors, process payments, administer surveys, maintain records, protect our systems and comply with legal obligations.
Information Sharing
We may share information with authorized real estate professionals, photographers, property-service providers, payment processors, survey platforms, software providers, advisers and vendors supporting an engagement. We may also disclose information with consent, when required by law or to protect rights and safety. We do not sell personal information for money.
Research Participants
Research projects may collect opinions and demographic data. A survey-specific notice may provide additional terms. We may aggregate or de-identify responses for analysis and do not promise anonymity unless expressly stated.
Retention and Security
Information is retained as reasonably necessary for services, accounting, security, contracts and legal compliance. We use reasonable safeguards, but no system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Our services are intended for adults and businesses, not children under 13. External websites follow their own privacy practices.
